About Coastal Cabinets & Countertops

Coastal Cabinets & Countertops, Inc. began in 2006 when Sharon and Wayne Martin saw a need in the area for a small Owner-Operated Cabinet Business dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

After building successful careers as designers/salesmen in the cabinet business working for large corporate-owned companies, it was easy to see that the only way to end up with a truly satisfied customer was to eliminate all of the “procedures and policy”, and just deal with people one-on-one. Making excuses to customers to cover some “system downfall” beyond your control just didn’t seem like the right way to build good long-term relationships.

Based on that concept, we decided to only represent small Owner-Operated cabinet manufacturers. We recognized the advantage of dealing with others that maintained our same philosophy to provide excellent customer service. That choice has proven to be one of the best decisions we could have made.

Eighteen years later, Coastal Cabinets & Countertops, Inc. maintains an honest, straight forward approach to everything we do. As Wayne said on the night we decided to walk away from well-paying jobs, and invest our life savings in a new business, “I want to make every customer we deal with a walking-talking advertisement for the business”.
